This certificate will be valid until December 31 of the year registered. Irrespective of the date of registration during the year, the validity of this certificate will be completed by end of the calendar year.

Every year before 30days prior to expiry of this certificate, the same should be applied for renewal. There may be interest and penalties if renewed after the specified date.

The fee varies from state to state and also varies based on  employee count.
