In the initial stint of employment he has worked with a large corporate in building a shared services centre for it’s group of companies. He wanted to bring the best practices implemented by large corporates and large accounting firms to the Indian SME and Mid level corporates.
He has worked with good number of start-ups in the accounting setup, , defining performance metrics, cross border transaction advisory & investor due diligence support. He serves as a Virtual CFO for midlevel caproates and helps in defining the roadmap and achieving it. He helps clients with investment readiness and helps in raising funds for them.
Harish kara

Mr. Harish Kara, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI], also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Nagarjuna University. He is a “certified International tax professional” and a subject matter expert in the area of “taxation of Corporates” and “Taxation of Charities”.
He works on global tax structures for MNEs and advises on areas of international taxation and exchange regulations of countries and clearly lays the roadmap in the business journey.
He comes with a vast experience of more than 16 years in audit and taxation of Indian arms of large multinational groups in diverse industries like software, power, infrastructure, education etc. He contributes articles on taxation to leading tax journals.
Hari Prasad

Hari Prasad is a Company secretary, he brings in his expertise of advising the Mid-Level corporates in handling the secretarial and FEMA related compliances. He handles the legal and secretarial part of compliances associated with the transactions passed by the accounting and payroll team.
With an experience of around 10 year and a track record of advising for at least 500+ start-ups and mid-level corporates, he handles the compliances diligently. His exposure on the areas of share allotments, business valuation, RBI compliances w.r.t funding, cross border investments, helps the clients to take informed decisions.

Ms. U.K. Gayathri is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI); and holds bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Osmania University. She possesses over 7 years’ experience in Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Secretarial matters & Compliances. She is a consultant to several Companies. Her main domain & area of practice inter-alia is with NCLT. She is a registered Independent Director under the aegis of MCA and currently serving as Women Director on the Boards of M/s. MIC Electronics Limited & M/s. Aga Publications Limited, Hyderabad.
Gowtham Maddula

Gowtham Maddula has worked with a large corporate and has an understanding of the reporting requirement of the founders. He specialises in business model analysis, defining accounting system, setting up of chart of accounts and customised reporting for business users.
He cracks the complex business logics in the E- Commerce and has given some effective solutions for some of the E-Commerce operators and shared business intelligent reports. Praveen Koduru

Praveen Koduru has worked as internal auditor for some of the large corporates and is instrumental in defining internal controls for better performance. He specialises in GST impact analysis and compliances with various labour laws applicable.
